StoryClips stores account, billing, media, and generation metadata so the workspace can authenticate users, retain uploads, settle prepaid credits, and produce finished videos.

We process account information, workspace membership, uploaded narration audio, reference images, generated scene clips, final videos, wallet ledger history, and provider request metadata needed to operate the service.
Why we process it
Data is used to authenticate users, authorize workspace access, store media, coordinate generation, settle billing, measure marketing-site performance, prevent abuse, and investigate support incidents.
Website analytics
Google Analytics measures visits to our public marketing pages. It receives page-view and technical usage data, such as browser and device information, referring pages, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. We use these insights to understand site performance and improve the experience.
Retention
Active workspace media remains available until you delete it or remove the workspace. Soft deleted assets are scheduled for cleanup after the configured retention window, and payment records are retained for accounting and dispute handling.
Deletion
Account deletion is available from account settings, and workspace owners can remove their organization. Storage cleanup runs separately from auth deletion so application media is purged from object storage as part of the retention flow.
