Refunds and billing reversals
StoryClips sells monthly subscription plans and workspace credit top-ups. Credits are settled after Stripe confirms payment, and refunds or disputes can reverse those credits from the wallet.

Plans are billed in advance each month and grant workspace credits for that billing period. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the period ends. Unused monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period and are not refundable.
Top-up credits
Top-ups add internal credits to the workspace wallet and never expire. Those credits are consumed by generation and composition activity rather than being a stored cash balance.
Refunds
Fully refunded top-ups reverse their corresponding credits. If the workspace already spent part of that top-up, the wallet can be suspended until support reviews the account.
Disputes
Charge disputes are treated as payment reversals. Workspace access to new paid generation can be restricted while the dispute is open or while the billing state is under review.
